cabin 2.0
We seem to have settled back into a routine that is allowing us to make significant progress while now living in the house full time.
Basically Will and I crack on three days a week while Donna takes the dogs out for the day, taking them for walks, running chores, looking after the other house (which she’s also preparing to put back on the market) shopping etc etc … I think she has the hardest job and she is also chief waxer and financial manager.
Anyway D’s sunroom / craft room (or Twat Cave) is more or less finished save a couple of bits of trim.

We’ve also made significant progress trimming up most of the doorways and filling holes in hardwood floor and making much of the house ready to nail the T&G cladding to the walls. It’s a slow and steady process trying to make good various bodges without doing any significant damage to what we want to keep.
In other big news the guys came a build the 9 x 4.8 meter cabin in two days! As per last time “all” we need to do is decorate it inside and out so the electrical things add aircon and plumbm in a new bathroom and kitchenette also create a drainage system and it’s good to go. Oh and we need to build some steps this time as apparently pallets are not an acceptable solution here 🤷♂️😂

And I took the time to wander around and re-create the photos from the selling listing so we can see what’s changed so far.

So we are not totally sure what to concentrate on next. We need to finish inside the house, but we also have to prep other house to sell it and decorate and fit out the cabin. And we plan to have a week off working at Call Of The Wild festival as we have the past couple of years. I think we need the change if not break 😂
